Registration and Billing

*10% Older Sibling Discount 
*Summer Camp tuition will be billed on the first of each month. (June tuition will be billed on the first day of camp)
*Tuition will not be reimbursed for missed days or weeks. 
*There is a $25 nonrefundable registration fee per child (no more than $50/family)
*Current Stepping Stones Families will be able to register through their School Care Works Parent Portals
*New families will be able to register through the link provided on our website the day of registration

Field Trips

Families will be responsible for covering the cost of admission and transportation. All students who attend camp on a scheduled field trip day will be required to attend the field trip. Additional care will not be provided for students who do not attend the field trip.
There are 5 scheduled field trips this summer.

Meals

Stepping Stones will provide daily breakfast and snack. Please pack your child a lunch that does not need to be heated up or refrigerated. Breakfast will be served at 9am and snack will be served at 3:30pm.

Stepping Stones is excited to be providing 10 weeks of quality summer programming for children who have completed Kindergarten through the 6th grade! 

Stepping Stones Main Center (Gibsonia) & Hope Church in Cranberry Twp. 

 At Stepping Stones Summer Camp your child will have the opportunity to engage in daily art projects,
 crafts, outdoor games, weekly themed activities, field trips and much more!

Summer Schedules

Although there is flexibility in the weeks your child attends camp, we ask that your weekly schedule remain consistent throughout the summer.
Ex. Student will attend Monday, Tuesday, Thursday on weeks 2, 4, and 7
You do not need to sign up for all 10 weeks of camp. 

Schedule Change Deadlines
Schedule changes for June need to be made by MAY 1st
Schedule changes for July need to be made by JUNE 1st
Schedule changes for August need to be made by JULY 1st. 

Weekly Themes and Field Trips

The cost of Summer Camp is $70 per day.

*Due to scheduling conflicts certain locations have scheduled closures during the summer. When a location is closed, alternative care will be available at another Stepping Stones camp location. 
*NOTE:  We are an outdoor camp- we only utilize our indoor space for inclement weather days or special activities.
