- Once you input your Direct Debit/ACH information, you will need to wait 3-5 business days for two micro-deposits to show up in your account. These amounts will be under a dollar each. Once you receive these amounts, you will sign into Parent Portal, Settings, and click on the Verify button. You will then enter these two amounts in and your account will be verified, if successful. ** Please do not guess the verification amounts. If you enter the incorrect information 10 times, the payment method will be locked and you will need to delete the payment method and restart the process.
** If you do not receive your micro deposits within 3-5 business days, please contact your bank and advise them of this verification process. On occasion, banks will flag these micro-deposits as Suspicious Activity and prevent the deposits from going through.
** If you cannot find your micro deposits, you will need to delete the payment method and restart the process.
