Each child is required to have a health assessment that was completed AFTER their 5th birthday. Health assessments need to be signed and dated by a licensed physician. The PDE and DHS health assessment forms are the only accepted health assessments. Health assessment forms can be found here under "Miscellaneous Forms/ Resources". Patient summaries or after-visit summaries cannot replace a health assessment.
It takes approximately 3-5 business days to process registration paperwork.
A health assessment that was completed after a child's 5th birthday is required for Stepping Stones School Age records. If your child has a summer birthday, submit the most current health assessment and send an updated record after their birthday.
A two day weekly minimum is required for enrollment. Days are required to stay consistent through the month. An "as needed" option is available .
"AS NEEDED" care is provided on a daily need; if space is available. Prior notification and approval is needed before attending.
Change in days of care can be accommodated if space is available. A two week notice is required for change in billing.
Tuition includes breakfast and snack for children over a year of age. Parents provide a lunch. Due to COVID, we are not allowing lunches that need to be heated. Vacation/sick days are built into the tuition cost. We do not reimburse for days off.
We offer three different programs in our school age sites. A before school program that provides care from 6:30 am to the start of the school day, a kindergarten program that offers care for the other half of the kindergarten day and an after school program from the end of the school day to 6:30 pm.
No. Pine-Richland Kindergarteners are able to ride the bus one way that coordinates with their Pine-Richland Kindergarten classroom placement.
